Wilton Oakgrain White Door

5 piece vinyl wrapped door construction. The frames are 120mm W x 22mm MDF. Panels are 6mm. Drawer fronts are 1 piece 22mm. Doors and drawer fronts have a 2mm chamfered edge. 110, 140, 175 drawer fronts and 715 x 146 door are 1 piece. All other sizes are 5 piece. 110, 140 and 175 drawer fronts have horizontal grain. Glazed doors have clear glass. Unglazed frames are rebated.

1 piece Drawer Fronts
Drawer fronts are a 1 piece construction with 2mm thick edging on all 4 edges.
Drawer fronts are available in any height from 110mm - 282mm
Drawer fronts are available in any width from 150mm - 996mm

5 piece Doors / Glazing Frames
Doors are available in any height from 283mm - 1245mm
Doors are available in any width from 270mm - 996mm

Single piece doors are available in widths 146mm to 269mm

*Hinge drilling Help?

Hinge drilling for Left, Right or Top hung doors

Use the drop down menu to pick which side of the door you will need hinge holes drilling, imagine you're looking at the outside face of the door when selecting the side for the hinge holes (See help sheet below).

Next use the fields that appear under the dropdown menu to enter the distance from the top and bottom of the door that you want the hinge holes drilled (minimum 28mm to hinge centre).

We recommend 3 hinges for doors over 1000mm high or 1000mm wide for top hung. We recommend 4 hinges for doors over 1700mm high.
