Choosing your door or drawer front size

Choose your required door or drawer size from our standard list of sizes in the menu below. if you can’t find the size you’re looking for in our standard list, simply select custom size from the top of the list and input your own dimensions. Remember we can make any door any size!

Grain direction

Selecting standard grain direction means that all doors or drawer fronts will be manufactured using the standard grain direction for that particular finish and style. If selecting rotated grain, we will rotate the standard grain direction on all doors and drawer fronts by 90 degrees.

Hinge drilling for Left, Right or Top hung doors

Use the drop down menu to pick which side of the door you will need hinge holes drilling, imagine you're looking at the outside face of the door when selecting the side for the hinge holes (See help sheet below).

Next use the fields that appear under the dropdown menu to enter the distance from the top and bottom of the door that you want the hinge holes drilled (minimum 28mm to hinge centre).

We recommend 3 hinges for doors over 1000mm high or 1000mm wide for top hung. We recommend 4 hinges for doors over 1700mm high.
